Process
Step 1
Preparing the substrate is the key to a successful floor. This includes repairing any cracks within the concrete prior to diamond grinding the surface to remove any stains or chemicals and to create a perfect mechanical bond for proper installation of the floor coating.
Step 2
Installation of the primer coat and intermediate epoxy coat. It is important that the quality of the epoxy is high to ensure longevity of the installation. We can then broadcast decorative flakes and ensure an even distribution across your floor for a decorative finish.
Step 3
The final step is the most important. To ensure your epoxy floor is protected from UV light and to prevent yellowing of the epoxy, our technicians will apply a polyaspartic clear topcoat. This will protect your floor for many years and provide maximum resistance to abrasion.
